Mon Flamme may participate in affiliate programs — most notably the Le Creuset affiliate program via Ascend. Where we do, links that go to retailers may earn us a small commission when you buy, at no additional cost to you.

The Le Creuset affiliate program (via Ascend)

Mon Flamme is working toward acceptance into the Le Creuset affiliate program, which is administered by Ascend. Once approved, some links on this site that direct you to Le Creuset’s regional storefronts (lecreuset.com, lecreuset.ca, lecreuset.co.uk, etc.) will be tracked affiliate links. If you click one and buy, Le Creuset pays us a commission as a thank-you for the referral. You pay the same price you would have paid otherwise.

We’re only interested in this program because it’s the cookware we already write about. We won’t recommend a piece or colour because of commission — see “Editorial independence” below.

Other retailers

If we ever link to other retailers that sell Le Creuset or adjacent cookware — Amazon, Williams Sonoma, Sur La Table, Wayfair, etc. — any affiliate arrangement with those retailers will be subject to the same standard: clearly identified on the page where the link appears.

How affiliate links are marked

Links that earn us a commission will be labelled or accompanied by an “affiliate link” note on the page. All affiliate links use rel=“sponsored nofollow” as required by search-engine guidelines.

How we use affiliate revenue

Commission, if any, goes to covering the operating cost of Mon Flamme — hosting, the domain, image storage, and the occasional source reference purchase. The site does not carry display ads, sponsored posts, paid reviews, or sponsored placements in the catalogue.

Editorial independence

Affiliate relationships do not influence which Le Creuset colours, pieces, or collections we catalogue, or how we describe them. The catalogue aims to be comprehensive and accurate regardless of whether a given colour is still available for purchase or currently generates any commission.

If a piece or colour is best purchased directly from Le Creuset, we’ll say so even if the commission would be larger elsewhere. If something is best found on the secondary market or at an outlet, we’ll say that too.

Pricing & availability

Prices and availability on retailer pages change frequently. We do not guarantee that a price or SKU shown on a linked retailer page will match what you see when you click through. Always confirm on the retailer’s site before purchasing.

Not a retailer

Mon Flamme does not sell Le Creuset products directly. We do not carry inventory, fulfill orders, process payments, handle returns, or provide warranty support. All transactions occur with the retailer you click through to — Le Creuset or otherwise — and that retailer’s terms, shipping, return, and privacy policies apply.

Participation in an affiliate program does not make us an authorised reseller, a representative, or a spokesperson for Le Creuset. Le Creuset’s affiliate program simply tracks referrals — it does not grant editorial direction, access to proprietary information, or a partnership beyond commission on referred sales.
